Strawberry

Winter has come in Netherlands.  As you know, the winter in Netherlands is very gloomy and dark.
So, I choose the cooking way as much as colorful. Cause I believe the fact which can make person's feeling better
when they eat good colored food.

After dinner time, I prepared some of strawberry as a desert.
Well, Fresh strawberry color which usually comes out during winter time is very RED.
It makes me to remember hot summer days.
They appear red through the cold wind and hope to be a precious sweet memory for someone.
Even strawberry knows how to struggle gloomy winter.
So, I am dreaming to be a sweet memory like strawberry.
I will be very RED for me and you :)
